Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, while presenting evidence of Indian state terrorism in Pakistan, said that India is spreading terrorism in Pakistan. Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said during the in-camera briefing that the purpose of this briefing is to tell you how India is spreading terrorism in Pakistan. No evidence has been provided regarding the baseless allegations leveled against Pakistan by India, only verbal exchanges are going on, but we are presenting you with evidence of Indian state terrorism, how it is instigating terrorism in Pakistan, including a serving Indian officer.Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that on April 25, Indian-trained terrorist Abdul Majeed was arrested from Jhelum bus stand. A 2.5 kg bomb, 2 mobile phones and Rs 70,000 cash were recovered from him, while an Indian-made drone and Rs 1 million cash were recovered from his house. He said that the handler of this terrorist is codenamed ‘Sikander’, who is a Junior Commissioned Officer of the Indian Army, Subedar Sukhwinder, while the conversation of the arrested terrorist with his handler has also come to light. He further said that during the conversation on WhatsApp, the terrorist is getting the location from India and is being told that the IED is reaching him through someone else, then he is asking that the parcel is done, you leave on time and reach quickly, to which the terrorist replies OK that I am leaving in a while and also sends him the location. The DG ISPR said that during the terrorist’s conversation with his handler, four more characters were identified who were running the cell, including Major Sandeep Verma, also identified as (Sameer) illegally posted in occupied Kashmir, Subedar Sukhwinder, Havaldar Amit and a soldier.

He further said that when Major Sandeep of the Indian Army hired the terrorist Majeed, listen to what he said, (DG ISPR narrated the conversation with the serving officer of the Indian Army to carry out terrorist operations in which he is giving instructions to him). DG ISPR said that just listen to the Indian serving officer saying that we carry out terrorism from Balochistan to Lahore, he is telling how terrorists are financed (he says that I will send little money in different accounts, I will send money to someone, he will send it to someone else and then he will deliver it to you). He further said that the serving officer of India told the terrorist that I did not come here for a day or two, I have been carrying out terrorism for years and will continue to do so. He said that this is a clear example of India’s state terrorism, and this is just a cell that is being presented to you which was caught on April 25 and carried out 4 terrorist incidents. The DG ISPR has clarified that this is not an officer of the Indian intelligence agency ‘RAW’ but an officer of the Indian Army who is involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan, you see the professionalism of this army, the Indian government is getting its army to do this work in which serving soldiers are being used. In this regard, he gave more details that on September 24, Subedar Sukhwinder gave the terrorist a location in Bharnala in Bhimber district that you will find an IED there and sends him the location on WhatsApp, while on October 13, he carried out the first IED blast on a military vehicle at Pir Kanthi in Bagh district, which was also reported in the news media in which Pakistan Army soldiers were injured, after which he was sent an amount of Rs. 180,000.

He said that on November 22, 2024, Subedar Sukhwinder shares another location and this time it is near Head Marala, but the drone through which he dropped the IED there crashes due to a technical fault, and this is the drone that later meets his house, that is, he recovers this drone and brings it back and he also picks up the IED from there. The spokesperson of the Pakistan Army said that on November 30, terrorist Majeed installs this IED in a military vehicle near Jalalpur Jatan, as a result of which 4 soldiers were injured, our soldiers are getting injured and disabled, who are in a state of war and fighting every moment, this is also a form of Indian terrorism that they are being targeted. He said that after this, Sukhwinder gets 6 lakh 56 thousand rupees and is paid in different ways on completing the task and the record of these payments made to him is also in front of us. DG ISPR further said that after this, on March 18 this year, terrorist Majeed was sent to the third location of Kotli for IED. When he went there, he saw the location of the security forces. He sent a video of it and said that there were military personnel present where I wanted to get the IED, so he did not go there to get the IED and then the school children picked up the IED. He said that at the same time, Indian social media, which is controlled by the state, was spreading the news that the Indian army had foiled a major terrorist attack in occupied Kashmir by deactivating 5 IEDs in 4 days. Indian social media said that we are victims of terrorism, we have seized IEDs that were planted by someone here and we have deactivated them. He said that terrorist Majeed does not get Rs 656,000 for this work because he failed to carry out the blast, but despite this, Rs 65,000 is given for this work. Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that after the Pahalgam incident, a location near Barnala was shared with him and he was told that the IED would be delivered to him here. Terrorist Majeed gets the IED from there, after which there is a conversation between Majeed’s Indian Army handler and him about who to target. DG ISPR played the conversation between terrorist Majeed and his Indian handler to the participants.
