Islamabad (Pakistan)(Big Digit)- Major General (Retd) Farrukh Bashir, founder chairman of the Movement for Progress and Perfection, said that we all have to work together to conserve water. We have become the guardians of water. Save water from wastage. For ourselves and our future generations, and for our future generations, the Chairperson of Water Conservation Movement, Asma Malik, said that boring was done in search of water in the ground, which will cause the water level to go down. The water of Simli Dam, Khanpur and Rawal Dams is drying up. There are too many tube wells, the water level is decreasing from the ground. In this regard, a Council for Water Conservation will be established for water conservation and protection. We should prepare a comprehensive plan for water conservation. Smart meters should be installed in homes. A policy should be formulated for water conservation among children and adults. Community level measures should be taken.
