ISLAMABAD (Big Digit) Pakistan Independence Day Ceremony Organized by EU-Pak Friendship Federation

ISLAMABAD (Big Digit) Senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party and Member of National Assembly Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani said that Pakistan is our pride and honor, our ancestors have achieved the country with immense sacrifices.
These views were expressed at the Pakistan Independence Day Seminar organized by EU-Pak Friendship Federation yesterday. The ceremony was attended by Chaudhry Pervaiz Iqbal Lohsar, Chairman EU-Pak Friendship Federation, while Pakistan Consulate Barcelona was represented by Welfare Attaché Salik Gondal and Pakistan Peoples Party Spain Secretary of Information Iqbal Gul Waheed Khattak, in addition to a large number of Pakistani community members. President EU-Pak Friendship Kamran Khan performed the duties of the Secretary of State. Shahid Ahmed Shahid recited the Holy Quran. Rizwan Kazmi received the honor of reciting the Holy Quran. Owais Haideri presented a naat-kalam. Saeed Haideri Qadeer Ahmed Khan presented national songs. Long live Pakistan, long live the Pak Army, long live Field Marshal Syed Hafiz Asim Munir read the slogans and national anthem. Grand Independence Day of Pakistan Cake was cut by G.B.A.L.A.L. Sharif, Rizwan Kazmi, Malik Hafeez Awan, Malik Naveed Awan, Malik Shafiq Awan. Raja Mudassar Iqbal Bilani, Abdul Waheed Khattak, Overseas Community Officer, Immigration Consulate Office Barcelona, Muhammad Iqbal Chaudhry, Kamran Khan, Khalid Shahbaz Chauhan, Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani, and Chaudhry Pervez Iqbal Lohsar, Chairman, EU-Pak Friendship Federation also spoke.
