Karachi (Big Digit) Martin Dow hosts Tech Day to highlight the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence

Karachi, 10 April 2025 (Big Digit)– Martin Dow Group, Pakistan’s 6th largest pharmaceutical group hosted its annual
tech day titled AIM (Artificial Intelligence for Martin Dow) to highlight the transformative potential of Artificial
Intelligence (AI).
This was a first-of-its-kind event where experts from SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and PwC shared insights
on the role of AI in operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, boosting productivity, and
fintech. The forum also emphasized the importance of ethical AI and security considerations. The event
also featured a CXO panel discussion on embracing AI for business transformation.
At the event, Ijlal Jafri, Group Chief Information Officer at Martin Dow presented the AI roadmap of the
group and said, “At Martin Dow, we see artificial intelligence as a catalyst for meaningful change. With our
AI roadmap and today’s tech day, we take an important step towards building a smarter and more agile
future where technology empowers better decisions, stronger outcomes, and drives greater impact across
the industry. We believe in an inclusive approach – therefore, Martin Dow has brought together this forum
so that all key stakeholders shape the future together.”
Martin Dow also signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) for the Rise
with SAP initiative and Integration Experts for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce.

These MoUs mark the beginning of a new era in technological innovation and collaboration.
